![]() ![]() ![]() I am very disappointed in all of the miscommunication and non-communication I have received dealing with this issue. I haven't received any phone calls or mail correspondence in regards to this matter. Also this has been reported on my credit due to me still waiting for GAP to pay these funds. I was given incorrect information because the accident wasn't my fault and deductible was taking from the total amount of the pay off of the car. The agent then told me that the amount was the deductible that my insurance didn't pay. I told the agent that I was still waiting for GAP to pay the amount. I was told that since this was over 120 days past due that the account requires special handling and I owe the amount of $250.52. On 2-17-23 I called and got the run around for 40 minutes and then finally was able to speak to someone in reference to my account. My account has been now sent to special handling without my knowledge and I am not able to go online to see my account. I still to this day have not received the paperwork requested. I requested on several occasions paperwork from Hyundai showing the amounts paid to Hyundai so I could give it to GAP so they would know the exact amount owed. Everything was paid off accept the balance of $250.52. I then waited on my car insurance as well as GAP to pay off my car. I called Hyundai the following day or the day after to notify them of the issue. I would welcome the assistance of the BBB. *** has my money, but I do not have a clear title with which to move forward. No response.I called on March 28, 2023, and the Escalation Team (*******) filed a Service Request, *************.No action.I called on April 10, 2023, and the Escalation Team (*******) filed another Service Request, 1-45277278954, which I'm told has higher priority than the March ************************************************** state's policy on transfer of title timeline because of this situation. 21, 2023, to request it again.In early March, I filed a complaint on ***'s website (#********). 3, 2023, to request an Affidavit of Correction.I called again on Feb. My DMV will not transfer the title due to the error.I called *** on Feb. *** has my Odometer Document and can honor the correct number. I paid-off the balance on my lease on January 2 or 3, 2023.The title *** **** to me featured an error, so my title is not clear and functional.*** documented my mileage incorrectly on the title. ![]()
